Vancouver Airport Vehicle Pick-Up

Location: YVR Value Long Term Parking (Airport Parking Lot)

Directions:

1. After baggage claim, follow “Train to City” signs.
2. Take the SkyTrain from YVR to Templeton Station (2 stops).
3. At the station gate, tap your credit card (no charge) or print a “Sea Island Only” pass.
4. Exit at Templeton Station — the YVR Value Long Term Parking lot is directly outside.

Vehicle Location:

• To help locate your vehicle, we’ll send the row number and photos of the vehicle location close to your reservation time. If it hasn’t arrived, email [email protected] to request it.
• You can also locate the car in the Ascent Car Rental app when your reservation starts.
• The keys are in the glove box or center console with a green exit token.

Before Driving:

Before departing, complete this 60-second pre-rental inspection form. 

Exiting the Lot:

1. Insert the green token at the gate.
2. Pay for parking, then keep the photo of the receipt for reimbursement (submit in post-rental inspection form).

🅿️ Returning at YVR Value Long Term Parking

1. Approach the parking lot gate and press the green button to dispense a green token. Take the token from the machine; the gate will lift automatically. Keep the token for later.
2. Park the vehicle in any available stall.
3. Before leaving the vehicle, complete this 60-second post-rental inspection.
4. Place the keys and the green token in the glove box.
5. Lock the vehicle if possible. Some vehicles cannot be locked with the key fob inside, which is acceptable.

🚆 Getting to the Airport from YVR Value Long Term Parking

1. Enter the SkyTrain station located near Row 13 in the parking lot. 
2. Walk up the overpass and down to the platform.
3. Tap your credit card at the gate (you won’t be charged) or print a free pass at the ticket kiosk.
4. Take the SkyTrain toward YVR Airport — it’s 2 stops, takes about 5 minutes, and is free of charge.

Edmonton Airport Vehicle Pick-Up

Park2Go operates 24/7/365 and provides a complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport and their parking lot.
If you are arriving by car, please note that personal parking is not included.

A parking code is sent close to your reservation time. If it hasn’t arrived, email [email protected] to request it. Once you have the parking code, you may board the shuttle.

🚌 Shuttle Instructions

1. After landing, proceed to baggage claim and collect your luggage.
2. At baggage claim, open Request Park2Go Shuttle and enter your parking code in the search bar.
3. Select “That’s Me” and submit the request for pickup.
4. Exit the arrivals area, the shuttle will be parked outside DOOR 9. 
5. Board the Park2Go shuttle, which will transport you to the parking lot. 

If you have difficulty locating the shuttle area, please contact Park2Go at +1-780-986-3839.

At Park2Go

1. Have your parking code and driver’s license ready.
2. Exit the shuttle and enter the Park2Go office.
3. Speak with the Park2Go receptionist and 
   1. let them know you are renting from Ascent Car Rental 
   2. provide your parking code and 
   3. provide your driver’s license for photocopying
4. After the valet parks your car in front of the office, you can access your rental vehicle. Park2Go will advise you of the vehicle make and model. Please ensure your driver’s license is returned.
5. Before departing, complete this 60-second pre-rental inspection form. 

At the exit gate, scan the receipt or barcode tag to open the gate.

Edmonton Airport Vehicle Drop-Off

🅿️ Returning at Park2Go

1. Scan the barcode on the prepaid parking voucher emailed to you prior to the end of your rental to enter the lot.
2. Inform the Park2Go valet that you are returning a rental vehicle from Ascent Car Rental.
3. Before handing off the vehicle, complete this 60-second post-rental inspection.
4. Leave the keys on the dashboard or follow the valet’s instructions.

✈️ Getting to the Airport from Park2Go

1. Use the free Park2Go shuttle to reach the airport terminal. 
2. Provide your airline so the shuttle can drop you off at the nearest point.

Seattle Airport Vehicle Pick-Up

🚌 Shuttle Instructions

1. After landing, proceed to baggage claim and collect your luggage. 
2. Follow signs across the Skybridge 3 or Skybridge 6 and take the escalator/elevator down to the 3rd-floor Courtesy Vehicles Shuttle pickup area / parking garage. You will notice many different shuttle buses in this area.
3. Cross the lane to the waiting area, and find the numbers posted on the pillars. Go to 
   1. International Arrivals: POST 1A
   2. Domestic Arrivals: POST 3A
4. Call +1 206 708 7663 or use the landline on the wall to call Star Parking to request the shuttle. Mention that you are renting a car from Ascent Car Rentals. Provide your stall number to the caller (you will receive this along with your vehicle photos several hours before pickup).
5. Board the shuttle bus marked with MVP Parking. They are associated with Star Parking.  Tell the driver your stall number and that you are renting with Ascent Car Rental. They will drop you off at your vehicle.

🔑 At the Parking Lot

1. The car can be unlocked through the Ascent Car Rental App (or we will remote unlock it for you). The car key will be located in the glove box or center console. 
2. Before departing, complete this 60-second pre-rental inspection form. 
3. Drive to the parking gate near the gas station to exit.

🚗 Seattle Return Location

1. At the gate, call Star Parking at 206‑708‑7663 and state you’re coming from Ascent Car Rental or scan the prepaid parking voucher emailed to you prior to the end of your rental to enter the lot.
2. Once inside, park the vehicle in any available stall.
3. Before leaving the vehicle, complete this 60-second post-rental inspection.
4. Leave the vehicle unlocked.

Getting to the Airport from Star Parking

1. Remain at your parking stall and wait for the shuttle to arrive.
2. Take the free MVP-operated shuttle to the airport terminal and inform the driver of your airline so they can drop you off at the closest location.
